Order kiosk only, which is really annoying. Fountain has no ice. Did not receive drink cup until asked. There are place numbers... that you were in your table so that they know where to being food, but they don't...bring the food? Instead, that call out yourorder number...maybe. And no it's not the number on your placard. It's the one on your receipt, which we didn't get. Noticedthat they started calling out food items instead of numbers. It's like they have no idea what they're doing... Go somewhereelse to eat. Read more
Poorest customer service ever! Wrong food delivered at drive through. Asked to exchange happy meal toy as we already had that... one. Very rude staff who didn't want to do it. When we drove away and realized food was wrong, went into store & asked tospeak to a manager. Gal said she was a manager when it escalated as I threw a fit, it became apparent she was not the topmanager on duty.....if a manager at all! Will not be returning. Will drive 2 miles out of my way to another store before goingto this store again. Read more
Went inside to grab some food and was there 30 minutes waiting for my food. 2 other people ordered and they got their number... called, and got their food but they never called my number out, Then when I ask about my food they say I was wondering around,when I was standing there waiting patiently, and they even gave me attitude and said they went out looking for us when I wasstanding right there, worst McDonald's ever, horrible customer service, I've managed restuarants and am appalled how they "run"that establishment. The food was okay. Typical McDonald's. I was very upset where yu get the ketchup. They had no cups to put it in. I tried to... get some without the cup and it sprayed all over my clothes. Won't stop there again. Read more
This location is definitely not my top choice to go to around the area. They forget to include toys in the kids meals and when... we ask for them they have really old toys instead of what is being promoted on the signs and happy meal boxes. They have givenus expired apples before. This last time we ordered a cheeseburger happy meal, a single cheeseburger, and a 6 count chickennugget happy meal and they gave us 2 happy meals with cheeseburgers plus the single cheeseburger and we did not have any chickennuggets. And when you get McDonald?s for kids they have their mind made up and are disappointed when their happy meals arewrong. Their cheeseburgers were very sloppy too. Tina, Dakota and Mary were very attentive to provide great customer service in a day in an age where its hard to find,... especially at 6:30 in the morning! Food was fast, made just right and place is super clean! Thanks for the great service! Read more
Took my son out for breakfast. Ordered and paid at the kiosk because nobody came to the counter to help us. Waited for 25... minutes and the food never came. Went up to the counter to ask about it and there were many, many people standing at the counterwho had also not received their orders and nobody ever came out to even acknowledge us. Eventually we did get some of our food,but my coffee never came. I had a similar experience last time I came to this particular McDonald?s. I thought maybe it was afluke so I decided to give them another try. Big mistake. Read more
Ice cream machine down all week or more. So couldn't get a Carmel frappe. Quarter pounder was really greasy. Fry's we're cold.
