Horrible. Pulled up the app code for the manager Lori because my code wasn?t working for a free happy meal- she angrily opened... and slammed the glass doors only to lecture me that she had to give me a promo and now had to explain it to her boss and she?dnever do this again- after I asked what I should do? Worst service I've had anywhere. Insisted I still Needed to pay even though it was a mobile order. The order won't go through... unless the payment does. Wanted me to pay again. The manager wouldn't even look at my receipt that showed I paid and owed themnothing. So they stole my money. He was a jerk from the start and just basically told me I was out the money I paid for my foodbecause he didn't care. He needs a different job. Read more
Decided to get breakfast before work this morning,wanted a orange juice with my breakfast. Get it out the window put my straw in... it an it was basically water with an orange tint to it. Called, someone picked up an then hung it up they did that for threemore time's. Called twice more no answer after that. Yesterday we put in a mobile order and after checking in they came out and told us they couldn't do the chocolate shakes but... could sub vanilla, my seven year old was obviously upset about this but I figured we would make it work. After what seemed liketen minutes here comes our food chocolate shakes and all. They took the time to figure out what was wrong with the chocolatebecause she knew that's what the kids wanted, they even split the nuggets into two containers without us asking. I never expectthis kind of service from a fast food place (always so busy) and I never leave reviews but this was truly a great experience. Mypassenger had worked at a different store for awhile back and he was impressed, said he rarely if ever saw that kind of serviceespecially at 5 on a weekend. Great team you have there!! Read more
I waited at the counter for at least 10 minutes to order while the kid standing there taking drive-thru orders didn?t... acknowledge me at all. I wasn?t wanting to use the kiosk at all. The other very rude guy that was doing absolutely nothing toldthe nice lady that was sweeping the floor to use the kiosk to place my order and I said no. Then the manager lady came up totake my order. I like specific things done and I am willing to pay extra for any of it. Like a cup of Mayo from the back.Needless to say after waiting another 10 minutes to get my order I look into the bag for the Mayo and it was packets. I asked ifI could not have these and get what I ordered. He took the packets, tossed them to the counter behind him came back with myrequest, slammed it on the counter, said Merry Christmas and walked away. At this point I was nearly fed up. Then I opened mysandwich to find it was missing something so the nice lady sweeping the floors went and got what I wanted and I walked to thecounter to meet her. Then the super rude guy took his hand, slapped his leg and very rude to the manager said she has acomplaint. Apparently the kid has had multiple complaints to the management for his attitude and yet here he is expressing thisattitude to your guest. Got home to find that I had a completely plain chicken sandwich. I asked three times if they included the sweet and sour sauce... for the nuggets. They said yes each time. Got home and found no sweet and sour sauce. Read more
Had to call their customer service after 3 different visits, last one ending on a bad note after they messed up my order enough... that "fries with no salt" is some big issue at this location. They got it right, though it took them 3 tries to get it right.Please train your associates to listen better to their customers, it was just a big frustration to have to wait longer than wasnecessary when I was already starving coming through the door.
