I always enjoy going to this restaurant, staff and food are both great. The other KFC's need to follow this one's lead.
Got my order wrong then when I went back around to get the right things they just took the rest of the food and just gave me the... items I was missing so I paid 15$ just to have what I paid for taken and ended up with just a pot pie and a cookie ridiculous. Read more
Ordered my food in drive thru around 5pm, and I thought with the dinner rush the food would be made fresh Unfortunately all of... my food was very dry and it tasted like it sat in warmer too long, the French fries where very hard and cold and I bit into oneof my pieces of chicken to finding a ball of hair cooked into the breading. I called the supervisor and she apologized andoffered to replace my meal, but at this point I lost my appetite and I will not be returning to this store. I suggest that youkeep driving to another KFC. Read more

Upon entering the restaurant, drive thru line is bare, the inside has a few people sitting. Took forever for staff to come to... the register. They didn't greet us, the young man wearing a red cyclones hoodie just stood there and waited. We placed ourorder, paid and sat down. Staff left our order sitting on the counter and didn't notify us it was ready. Just left itsitting. When we retrieved our order they had missed several parts included in half of the meals. Overall, customer servicewas horrible and the staff don't care to be employed with this branch. Read more
