While in Des Moines we found Jose's Taco Truck and gave it a shot. Joses does not disappoint!! We ate there four times in two... days. Tacos are delicious, the best I've had. Tortas are massive. Soft buns hold in fresh and delicious meats, cheeses, avocadoand more! The quesidilla was the size of a small island and was delicious, it could feed a small army but i ate it all. The bestsurprise was Joses hamburgers. Fresh homemade patties loaded with various toppings that took two hands to hold and I happilydevoured it. Awesome real Mex. Cash only as I like it, with huge portions. Steak burrito is two great meals in one.

Really good tacos! Keep in mind his Asada (Beef) tacos come with cheese so if you don?t want cheese let him know! Also the Al... pastor options here are delicious! I highly recommend the huaraches! Portion sizes are sooo good! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. Read more
