Love this place!! I go there once in awhile, sandwiches are always great and fast. But, on my way home from work everyday at... exactly 9:35 PM this place is weirdly busy, and I mean WEIRDLY busy. like, PACKED full of people. Don't think I could fit inthere if I tried (I'm an average sized dude, btw). Sounds weird but another thing to note, the "people" inside of the shop alllook like they don't have eyes. I don't mean like, blind or whatever..Just no eyes. Only holes. Really FREAKY..rather than"FREAKY FAST". Guess it's not a huge deal, just want to know what's up with that. This is the WORST Jimmy johns. About a year ago my husband and I ordered from this store at 5:45 . Our food did not come until 8... and when it did it was WRONG. 2 hours and our order was incorrect. When our food finally got here the delivery driver had 4other people in her car, and when she delivered the food she was in an "outfit". We did contact corporate about this and theresponse was "Im sorry this happened." So they did nothing about this. Flash forward a year we order food food at the sameJimmy John's. This time we ordered online at 5:45, and our order did not arrive until 7:30. Again, our order was WRONG!!! Almosttwo hours later and our order was incorrect. The cashier didn?t change gloves taking orders or making sandwiches which is messed up. Otherwise good.
Horribly slow. Horribly apathetic workers. Worst Jimmy John?s experience I?ve ever had.
Don't get me wrong - the sandwich tasted fine. Jimmy John's is a great place to eat. The problem is that we order one ... sandwich for delivery last night and it took 2 minutes shy of 2 hours to get it to the door. If I would have known there wasgoing to be an issue, I would have gone myself. Not sure what is going on, but I believe it may be the delivery driver or lackof drivers. Not our problem though and we should be reimbursed for the issue. Update: So my wife got hungry again and weorder 1 more sandwich again (6 months later). Surely the freaky fast sandwich company that is 2 miles away can't take that longon a weekday at 2pm. Nope - well faster this time - only 1.5 hours to deliver a sandwich, and the owner said they didn't buildthe biz that way. Maybe you should be at the office more and less on the internet. Read more
They are by far the slowest Jimmy Johns you can order from! It took 2 hours to get my delivery, and when I called to see where... it was they seemed to not really know anything about it! I for one will never use this Jimmy John's again and I suggest if youread this review you don't as well it's not worth the wait! Read more
If you're thinking of the freaky fast delivery that is so well advertised by Jimmy John's, think again. I live less than 2 miles... from this location and it took an hour from when I ordered and the order was received at the store to be acknowledged as our fordelivery. It has been almost an hour and a half and I am still waiting for my delivery- if this location can't provide thisservice then don't offer it. Read more
I ordered on door dash and it said they received my order 30 min prior to delivery closing, 1 hour prior to the store closing.... Door dash confirmed my order was received but was never made. I try calling and they won't answer. Definitely reaching out tocorporate in the morning Read more
