Took the wife and teenage daughters here for lunch on a dreary Saturday. The staff was friendly and prompt. To my amazement all... the plates were cleaned, not average for my picky kids.mac and cheese, fettuccine Alfredo, mozzarella sticks, salad, ended uptaking half the deep dish home. Plan to spend an hour here and to be pleased when you leave! We enjoyed the whole uninterruptedhour with the kids for sure, and we'll be back. Read more

Gluten Free options are good according to those who needed it. I dig the cheese, sauce & toppings, crust was a little... flavorless. Someone commented that they wished the could hear the kids show instead of the game that was on. Server rocked, andwas very chatty. They have a secret gf menu too that we didn't get to try ???? Heard a lot of hype around this place and is very mediocre at the best. The onion rings were thin but only tasted like the... breading. When they were served out you can smell how they were burnt. We also ordered the pretzels. There was a grease puddleon the bottom of the basket. Then we move on to the actual meal. We ordered a deep dish bacon cheeseburger. It looks verypresentable but the dough in my opinion was not a strong point and to have a good pizza, dough and sauce has to be a strongsuite which it wasn?t (the pizza cost $30). We also ordered a chicken salad and was okay. You can?t necessarily mess up a saladbut this was very mediocre. Little to no cheese but whatever. We also ordered the chicken parmigiana. The noodles were afettuccine noodles which was a shock and the chicken was hard and had to put it to the side of the dish. Our service wasmediocre as well. Our server didn?t try to make a conversation with us or put a smile on our face. The end of the bill was $89for 3 people( without a tip) I understand prices of non-corporate business but from my experience for the past 2 times, I am notimpressed, nor will I be coming back. I had a chefs salad! The freshest & most delicious salad ever! The balsamic vinaigrette dressing was soooo good! My Husband... shared a pizza with our friends & they fought over the last piece! Our Waiter was so friendly & very good at his job! We tippedhim very well & also told him how much we appreciated his hard work! I would definitely recommend Felix & Oscar's for date nightor family night! Read more

F&O's is one of my favorite places for pizza in the Des Moines area. Their gluten-free crust is excellent - always crispy and... "holdable". Others in my family love the Chicagp-style stuffed pizza. All come with your choice of toppings or one of theirspecialty options. Pictured is the pork tenderloin pizza, which also includes ham, bacon, pickles, and cheddar cheese with aketchup-mustard sauce. Service is prompt and friendly, though diners are made aware that preparing the Chicago style requiresextra time. There are several TVs including 2 big screens for watching sports. Catch the Vikings during football season! Read more
