This location was a bust. My coffee was not as good as I get it from dd in marshalltown
Really friendly staff! Though i only asked for 3 chocolate donuts. They somehow gave me strawberry. Cmon guys :(
My experience at this drive thru on July 8th 2022 was horrible. The young man at the window did not ask me appropriate questions... for an Iced Mocha coffee. Which would have been do I want cream and sugar, which is previously what I got asked when I have gonethere almost every morning. I asked him if he heard me say I wanted the cream and sugar. Just to make sure he ordered me theright iced coffee and not an iced latte. There was just silence, so I asked hello did you understand? He blandly told me to pullforward where a young lady was at the window. She had a latte waiting which isn't what I wanted. I could see the young manbehind her and he wasn't facing me he was facing toward the counter of an empty shop at that time. I was on my way to work andsaid I'll taste it and see if I like it just to save time. It tasted fine so I said it's no problem I'll take it. Within thirtyminutes of working at my desk my stomach started to feel weird, so I went to the restroom. I had only drank the top half of thecoffee at this point, and I experienced liquid diarrhea. Coffee sometimes makes you number two so I didn't think much of ituntil I had liquid diarrhea all weekend until Sunday evening. I was upset and my instinct was that my coffee had been tamperedwith in some way. I had previously ordered from there almost every day, Monday-Friday on my way to work and NEVER had anystomach issues or diarrhea. That Monday morning I went to the store to get corporates number or speak to someone higher up. Ispoke to a nice store manager who said the district manager would be in later and would call me. I went to work and within twohours a man named Keith called me. He started out calm and than proceeded to raise his voice at me and talk over me to thepoint where I was surprised he was being so rude when I was answering the questions he was asking me about my experience.
