So I was redeeming my free pizza after I honestly bought more food that I paid for upfront asked for delivery and when I called... the young man answered the phone saying hello not thank you for choosing dominos i then was told I didn't answer my phone whenthe driver arrived which there never was any call so I had to pick it up then it's cold n has beauty any toppings or sauce forthat matter it wasn't even cooked how I asked my lava cakes that I paid for were crunched n broken apart I'm extremelydisappointed because this dominos is by far the worst I've ever been treated. The only thing reliable about this location is disappointment. They will deliver late, or cold, or skip toppings and possibly... all of the above. It's incredible really, that the Domino's corporate allows this store to operate. The latest, and my lastinteraction with this location (I'm moving soon and hopefully the local operator is competent) resulted in an over hour late andcold meal on a misty/wet night. I ordered delivery due to my truck being in the shop leaving me only with a motorcycle. Icalled and asked for the driver to return and provide a refund and was told they can't do that and I would need to return to thestore to receive my cash. Ended up stuffing the boxes into a trash bag and then into my back pack and returned their deliveryon my bike, in the rain. That $30 dollars was much better spent for a hot meal and beer at the tavern. This location needs tobe closed down. Read more

I will never buy another pizza from there. I placed my order online and I left out the bacon because I don't eat bacon for... personal reasons. When I came home, I opened the box, and there was bacon. I called them and told them I didn't request baconon my pizza and they put it on there. A very rude lady on the phone said you can bring it back and you'll have to pay for thenew one. How does that make sense if you guys are the ones that messed up my order? Read more
They don't honor their credits they promise toward mess ups. Made an order for 3 large pizzas in May. One of them had like 3... toppings, and we ended up with a plain old cheese. I called, they guy was cool, offered a $16 credit towards our next order. When I called to order again and use the credit, they said they didn't see one. Didn't ask for any information or anything. Didn't even take a minute to look it seemed like. Just said there's no credit. Cool. Liars. There are plenty ofalternatives. Read more

This pizza was terrible! And the customer service was even worse! The manager(night) informed me that he'd refund my money, & I... thought I'd be nice and give them a 2nd chance,, however he said to call back in the next day, and they would replace my food. Ithen called back the next day ( and the day manager, lady, was totally rude! She acted like I was lying, even thoughacknowledged she'd seen my order from the previous eve. Told me I'd have 2 call back , A 3RD TIME! I requested my $ back andanother employee refused that idea, stating that they were only going 2 replace my pizza, awfully terrible experience!
