Never again will my family enjoy anything from any Casey's store. This one was rude, messed up our app order, blamed the driver,... hung up on me, and still have not received a call back. Don't bother call the corporate number. By the end of that conversation,I hung up in tears. This company has forgotten their office is located in IOWA. Well, this born and raised Iowa girl will nowforget about our Sunday pizza tradition and never step foot into another store again. Customer Service is everything, Casey'sdoesn't have. Read more
We ordered a couple of pizzas for the first time in several months. Going downhill. Crust is thinner, almost too thin. Just... didn't taste as good as we remembered either. That was several days ago. Ordered again tonight and no change. Very disappointed. I blame corporate for making changes. Read more
