I have live near the Casey's of E29th and Euclid for almost 10 years, and have order pizza form them many times. I ordered a... pizza from them today and had to repeat my phone number twice before they took my order. I was told it would be a half andhour. I waited a half an hour and went to pick it up and had to repeat my phone number tice again just to find out they nevermade the pizza. They told me I was not in their system and I must have order from another store. I told them I have theirphone number in my phone and I called from my phone contact as I have done for years. I was told I couldn't have done that. SoI told them to forget the pizza and that I wouldn't order from them again. Their reply was "good". I highly recommend yourshop somewhere else, I sure will. I have given up on Casey's pizza. It isn't like it used to be. Employees act like just handing it to you at pickup is a... burden. Euclid store was my favorite for years. I never failed to suggest them to people who had a complaint about something atanother store. And I many times complimented the euclid staff on their service....and the pizza. Not true anymore. They've allbecome the same...not so good. The day I picked up a taco pizza and it had only crushed nacho chips and a little lettuce on itto call it taco was the end of it...that was a beef pizza with chips.No cheddar...only mozzarella. First time ordering pizza at this location. Always order the taco pizza. Paid $30 for taco pizza cut in 4ths(4 huge pieces) and... no taco sauce at all. Who eats taco pizza without sauce? Called to say something. Lady was very rude and said she will bemarking me down for a free pizza next time order something. So this large pizza that i spent $30 and driver tip of $15 is nowpointless. Pizza is always good and done on time. I didn?t like seethe young lady with the dark hair well past her shoulders not pinned up... or covered behind the pizza counter. She May have just gotten off of her shift, or she might have been just starting. Doesn?tmatter.
