We placed an order through the Casey's app for 2 large pizzas and received our confirmation email. Upon arrival, not only was... our order not ready...the employee told us "it didn't even exist, they never got it". When asked how long it would take toprepare our order, we were told 45 minutes as they had other orders ahead of ours. We left and placed an order from Dominoes. Read more

I?m beyond irritated with this location. I ordered off the app for delivery and when it arrived it was missing some items. So I... called the store and was greeted by a nice lady that was genuinely trying to help, but she handed the phone off to a Connor, andhe was extremely rude. Told me that even though I ordered through the Casey?s app that I needed to call doordash to get itresolved. After explain that I didn?t order through doordash so they won?t be able to help me, he told me then ?go to theCasey?s app and figure it out?. Very disrespectful and offered no help or support. Then continued to bash the company for ?somedecisions they?ve made.? Never going to order or go to this Casey?s again. I?m out $60 now cause I didn?t get all my items,only thing I got was 2 cold pizzas. Read more
I can get hot food when I stop into my local Casey's or I can call ahead and order something specific from the Casey's app, I... like their breakfast bacon pizza and their taco pizza the best. Read more
I ordered through DoorDash tonight to get food from them. Specifically, I ordered cheese sticks and their cheesy potato bites.... Instead I was greeted by a taco pizza, which I definitely don?t like. Have tried to get in contact with them over multiple phonecalls, all to no avail. Upon contacting my DoorDash driver I learned that the person working was trying to shut off DoorDash forthe night because they didn?t want to do it, despite it being a 24 hour store. The staff clearly does not care enough to evenanswer the phone or to make orders for people who request it. Will never visit this location again and if they can?t keep acouple simple online deliveries straight, I advise you do the same. Read more
Would give zero stars if I could. Went in to get a slice of pizza there were two slices of pizza in the warmer with nothing else... in there. I asked if they were cooking any bacon breakfast pizza cause it was early morning and that's normal. The guy looks atme and says nope not cooking any. I asked to order a pizza place the order and then I ask how long it will take they tell me 25minutes. This wouldn't have been a problem but there were 3 people back there in the kitchen and nothing in the ovens at all.They were just standing there talking. There were no orders to do and they weren't making food for the warmers. They even got anattitude when I asked how long. I worked at caseys I k ow it takes si. Minutes in the oven and a couple minutes to prepare.Terrible service and terrible attitude. I won't be going back. Read more
