My french vanilla cappuccino tasted absolutely horrible. Couldnt take it back, due to having an interview waiting to happen. The... price was also absolutely pathetic and way overdone. A complete novice must have made my drink. The wait time was also terrible.I really hope I never have to come back to this store again. Ill recommend ANY other place, but this, for coffee. Would alsohelp if the employees looked a little more well-kempt and put together. Also, not very professional to have friends of theemployees in the store, distracting them, and hanging all over the counter wanting more water. Not the best thing to see whenwaiting for a coffee, a bunch of employees friends taking up a table, drinking water, and acting as if they were hanging out atthe park. Get it together! Read more
This is my favorite Caribou location. Open until 8pm. Comfy and cozy. I go here when all the other coffee shops are... closed. Wish all the Caribous in Des Moines were like this one. Read more
Great place to study, esp on weekdays! Regular coffee wasn?t all that great but their pumpkin white mocha was divine!!!

We moved back to Des Moines earlier this year and have been going to Caribou on a weekly basis. The coffee is excellent but the... lack of non-dairy products (almond milk, oat milk, etc.) is really hurting the sales at this location. The past two times we?vegone in to get coffee we?ve left because they are out of non-dairy products. I get the fact that there are supply chain issuesright now, but how hard would it be to go buy a bulk order of oat milk and/or almond milk for your customers that are lactoseintolerant? All of the grocery stores in town have these products in stock. I really love this place but would expect themanagement team to figure out another way to provide non-dairy drinks. Read more
Always a go to place! They make amazing caramel ribbon crunch iced coffee?s. I usually get a toasted bagel with cream cheese as... well, it just taste so much better and then when you do it at home when you get it from Caribou. Also I am a rewards member andif you?re not you should be because this morning I got a free drink and when they say that they mean any size any drink which isawesome!! Read more
They made our latte iced for some reason, but gave us a hot one quickly with no complaints.
