Went in and lemonade has been out for over a month, watched employees wearing sweatpants no gloves ect. Reaching into the... onionrings and the fries, and eating them while they served them to the public. Fries always cold. Attitude is always bad.Cussing in the kitchen. And a health issue ,,also this is a not kid friendly place to go. Also the place is not wiped down allthe time and they always miss items in your take out bags..check before you leave. This has been going on for over a yearnow...sometimes there's only one person running the whole place. Seems like no one wants to work there, their just there. Read more
If I could give a negative I would be giving that. Every time I go to this location one of their employees is high or on crack.... 90% of the time it's one person doing everybody's job and all three or four other employees standing around doing nothing. Ittakes 20 minutes to get two chicken sandwiches. All the fountain drinks are out of order. I went through drive-thru. The workerwasn't doing her job set there for 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru waiting for somebody to take my order. Then I had to go insideto see if they were doing the drive-thru. I have noticed Burger King's are going out of business more and more. With servicelike this I see why. I love Burger King's food but I will not go back to Burger King with service like this. this Burger King only has a staff of 2 workers. so all drive thru orders have to park and wait for their food. no one is in... uniforms, no rush, no service, they don't care at all....place is a joke. this is not a one time thing, this is the everydayexperience here. avoid at all cost. Read more
Ordered 4 rodeo burgers. The person took my order at about 1:25. Then quickly makes a comment about how hot it is and leaves the... building. 12 minutes go by where no bk worker can be found. At least 3 costumers come to order and after realizing there's noone around they left. I would of left too if I hadn't already paid. So I try to notify what I assume is a manager in her officetalking on her cell phone and get yelled at for coming towards the back of the kitchen. 5 minutes after all that my sandwichesare made. I don?t usually leave reviews? but fast food restaurants now a days do not hit the spot now a days. This Burger King gave us... very hot, fresh food. When I asked for extra pickles, I got extra pickles. This is literally the best experience I?ve had sinceCovid began. Whoever is in charge is doing it right!! Read more
Drive thru didn't fully fill my drink and it wasn't a rush hour and there was no ice l. I work in fast food so I understand the... struggles but not even putting ice in it was weird. I don't know if they were understaffed or something but they should hiremore people. Read more
Not only is this place slow, but on top of that, the entire time we were waiting for our food, the guy that was making the... orders kept yelling at the girl in the front. He told her no more orders while he was using offensive and vulgar language. Hewent as far as asking the girl if she was stupid. Totally unprofessional behavior. He owes her an apology.
