The worst place to eat. I was the only patron of color there. They decided not to give me any service. Two waitresses keep... passing by me without greeting me once. I finally asked for a menu. Instead of handing me the menu she slides it on the otherside of the table. Second waitress literally decided to play with the chairs behind me. Mind you I was the only one in thesection and it was clean. I decided to get my things and leave ???? This is still going on in 2022!!! Host asked if I want tospeak to the manager I said no. We arrived around 5:00 pm for dinner and surprisingly the restaurant was not very busy. We had to flag her down after she... visited the table the first time and passing us 3 separate times, while looking straight at us. We ordered drinks andappetizers, and waited for about 30 minutes to receive the drinks. We got our dinner and had to ask why we never received ourappetizers. She told us that it was her fault and would put in the order immediately, strangely enough the appetizers arrivedabout 5 minutes later; cold. Again, we had to search her out to ask for napkins and sauce twice, which took several minutes. When we finished I waited outside while my daughter paid and it took 23 minutes to complete this transaction. The waitresstries to excuse this by saying there was a problem with the system, yet she completed 5 other transactions during this periodwithout issue; we believe that she was trying to force a tip but my daughters bank allows her to put the exact amount for anybill and no more, and it closes the account beyond that amount. She planned on leaving her a large cash tip, as we know thatwhen you add it to the card the restaurant takes some of that money away from the waiter/waitress. She also broke the bill intoseparate receipts saying that the system forced her to do so, again we believe that she was trying to force a tip and could not. She finally got it paid and we left the restaurant. 15 minutes later my daughter got the notification from jer Bank that heraccount was charged for the most expensive ticket once again, because she was so flustered she forgot to lock her account. Atthis point my daughter immediately locked her account, only to get another notification a few minutes later that the restaurantagain attempted to charger her account for the second ticket. Had my meal delivered to me, my wife wanted to give me a nice father days meal! Well the fires were salty and the ribs hardly... had meat and what meat was on it was so hard and tuff mostly burnt to a crisp!! Wish I had taken pictures now to post! We wereupset with my sons burger it was burnt only one that got a nice meal and it some what ok was my wife?s turkey burger!! Theyforgot my sons ice cream! I called, just for my ribs my sons burger and the French fries and them missing his ice cream, theysaid they wouldn?t refund, but will give coupons or me drive back there, we ordered online ?hints? we didn?t want leave to getthe food! I will NOT be going back, you have lost my service!! Maybe get better cooks in the kitchen and can put an ordertogether! Update the photo is what they sent me!! Always a good place to go when it's late and you need a bite to eat. We go here a couple times a month and never have gotten... something bad. Be prepared to stand in line for a while even if they have open seat they are very slow trying to figure outwhere to sit someone when there are so many open seats.
