Best Lamb with Bone dinner in town. Halal and courteous owner gives us meat sauce that goes with rice each time we go. The meat... is really tender and the food is fresh made to order. Read more

I was just visiting, saw good reviews and decided to eat here. Upon entering the whole restaurant was empty. Seems like no one... was there for the entire day. I asked for a few items on the menu but they didn't have them, quite strange. But I was hungry andhad been driving for 8 hours and didn't want to go look for another restaurant. I ordered beef with rice, but was served beefkebab, which was not so good. The rice was made fresh but everything else was just old reheat to serve. I guess no one goesthere in summer and they didn't bother cooking fresh food for us. Read more

Zero frills place that doesn’t have a sign out front and one menu on the wall with only 4 items available. The son took our... order on a napkin! ???? His momma made the food and he delivered it. All that to say HOLY COW THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS! Both sonand mom are super sweet and a joy to talk to. Mom has been cooking for over 40 years! If you want authentic Somalian food withhuge portions for a very inexpensive price, this is the place. I will be going back for their food again. Don’t let theno-frill atmosphere keep you away. The lamb (Hilib Ari) was very flavorful and the texture was great, which matched wonderfully with the aromatic rice (not your... typical dry fare). The Chicken Suqaar was in small pieces, with a lovely bright spice that combined well with the rice and salad(lettuce, onion, lemon). The big winner was the spiced coffee - load it up with sugar and you got yourself a wonderful cuppaenergy! The tea my sister got was also delicious (though pipping hot and already sweetened). The lovely woman who has manydecades of experience cooking is also very welcoming - she came out to check on us and we got a chance to learn more of the richstory. [thumbs up if you'd like to try their coffee] Read more

The lamb dish that I ordered was tasty and the portion was very generous. It comes with a banana and a drink. The price is... affordable and the treatment we got was very warm and friendly. Would definitely comes again if we had the chance in the future. Read more

I went here with my family members and it was lunch time. Although they don't have any board outside the restaurant but thanks... to Google Maps it took me to the exact location, and I hope they will have it in future. The price/quality for the food wasamazing and feels like a homie cooked food. They were very welcoming towards the customers. Although I didn't find anything sortof Menu with them. Maybe they will it in the future that too. But what I ate it was very tasty (Rice-chicken-lamb) and freshlycut salad. Read more

Amazing!! Visiting from Salt Lake City on a business trip. We wanted something unique and of the beaten path. I can tell you... that this is way off the path, this is hole in the wall traditional fare! I was floored at how delicious the food was. This willmost definitely be our go to location when in town! Very well done, best restaurant in town! Read more

You have to try this place! If you are looking for an exciting new local place to try, this is it. For your first of many... visits, drive in on the east side which wraps around and park on the west. When you get in, find a spot and they'll come takeyour order. Ask what they have! It's all amazing, a blend of many food styles. Chicken and rice are incredible. If you are withseveral people ask for the big plate! Read more
