Super nice and friendly staff, food was good, but I was disappointed on the cleaning level, the coffee stuff show age.
I ordered 2 drinks online for curbside pick up. I've never had any issues with Panera Bread in the past until today. I parked... outside Panera, said I was there, and waited 25 MINUTES. No one ever came to my car. I watched all the cars around me receivetheir orders. I went inside, the girl at the register was so confused. I said I've been waiting for 30 MINUTES and it said myorder is ready. She was like, oh these 2 drinks have just been sitting here...I was like WHAT?! And, to top it off, they added alemonade on that I never ordered...I said I don't want that, she said want a cookie to make up the difference? I showed hergrace and said yes. My husband wasn't happy...I just wanted to treat him to a drink. They got my Chai tea latte right, but myhusband's drink was completely wrong. It tasted disgusting...being honest. He got a HOT COFFEE instead of what he ordered. Iwon't be going back. I should have canceled my order and got my money back. Read more
I admit it, I'm shallow. I go to Panera Bread predominantly in the summer for the strawberry poppy seed salad. It has to be the... most tantalizing and amazing flavor for my taste buds. Any Panera Bread that I go to regardless of what city or state in the USalways makes it exactly the same way -- which if you think about it is mind-blowing. I brought a new friend for his first timeever in a Panera Bread and his first time tasting the salad and although this is my review in all honesty he said that he lovedit, too. Okay and safe location, staff were more focused on drive thru and curbside orders than helping anyone at the counter. Didn't... give me a pager, had to keep watching the pickup counter for orders coming out, they didn't even call me name or anything. Maybethey were short 1-2 people, but it would run better with a little more focus on the front of the house service. Read more
Tablet ordering easy. Curbside pickup and Wifi available. Indoor and outdoor dining. Friendly service though my order was... incorrect. They quickly corrected. Clean inside and out. You can order ahead online or phone. I had an egg ???? and cheese ????on ciabatta ???? and a light roast coffee. Both were good. I will return and I recommend this Panera. Read more

I came in to pick up an order and was shocked by the people standing in the lobby after me and not one person greeted them. 10... minutes later, they are still waiting without a greeting! It was like the associates wouldn?t make eye contact going back andforth. This is not how customer service works folks! PS.. I waited about 25 minutes for my order.
