We came up from Alabama to visit my mom. I wanted to take her out and we all decided on pizza. So i looked online and found a... gold mine. We all were pleased and pleasantly surprised as to how good it was. I will be going online to order pizza for my momwho resides at Aurora Senior living. Your staff is so nice. Was literally my favorite pizza that I would drive 20 minutes to over all other pizza places around but turns out Paisanos... completely changed their pizza oven to one that?s ran by conveyor belt. Doesn?t cook the pizza as good as it used too and I?venever choked on the cheese before now nor has it even been this greasy. Man the disappointment running through my body rightnow. I don't know why half the people in Derry say this is the best pizza place. I tried it once and the bottom of the pizza was... covered in burnt pizza bits, then for the heck of it because mistakes happen and we really loved the poutine, we tried again andyet again the whole bottom of the pizza has burnt bits stuck to the bottom. Clean your pizza trays and try again, it's so gross.Yes they can be wiped off, but I shouldn't have to, and the lingering burnt flavor stays around. I recently tried Paisano's for the first time and it was really good. I ordered a large cheese and an order of garlic knots. The... pizza was good, the sauce is flavorful and the cheese was melted but not burnt and not dry when I got it. As for the garlicknots they are great. The oil and spice they are glazed with is certainly addicting. I gave it 4 stars because you pretty muchcan't get extra of anything (ie. parmesan cheese) without paying for it. When two items come out to $20+ dollars you know themark up is high enough they could get rid of the nickel and dime approach. It only opens at 4 PM which makes this placed a missfor lunch. Read more
Do not waste your time with this place. Ordered a large cheese and pepperoni, and was waiting for over an hour. Employees were... unfriendly, and some of the conversations I overheard from the FRONT COUNTER were absolutely horrid. Overall terrible experienceat paisanos pizza. Read more
