Wow!! talk about an experience that will always fill you up and never let you down. I personally have been into Mickey's NY... Pizza on numerous occasions sampling the menu and yet to be let down. Not only the food but the service is untouched by anyother restaurant in town. I've been there with my family as well as dressed for success as one may say and then again in my workclothes maybe looking like I may not be able to afford something LOL but yet still treated the same utmost respect and that justgoes too shows the class the character of Mickey's & staff so I wanted to thank the staff and management with the amazing teamwork and communications that insures everybody has the proper meal they had ordered in a timely manner Read more
I pass Mickey's regularly and finally decided to give it a try. I had the Meatball Marinara specialty pizza and it was the best... pizza I can remember having. With crumbled meatballs, red onion, basil, oregano and awesome, pillowy dots of fresh mozzarella.The crust was thin and crispy but still had a great chew. My partner and I ordered one pizza right at noon when they opened. It was going to take 45 minutes for them to have it ready.... They then called us (which was a nice gesture) to tell us they were having problems with their oven; and it wasn?t going to beready for another 20 minutes. So, we waited 20 minutes to leave our house. We arrived there and it still wasn?t ready, having towait another 20 minutes. Then, later that afternoon, I wanted to order an Italian sub (pretty easy right?). I called it in, theysaid it would be about 30 minutes. I arrived about 35 minutes after I ordered, and still had to wait about another 20 minutesfor the sub. I saw them make the sub and put it on the counter? never calling my name. So I finally just took the sub and left.While being there, I noticed a woman making the food, grab a marker out of her sweaty spandex and marking the food with it!GROSS!!! I will never be back. Ordered on line 2 pizza?s online with the buy 1 get one. Tried to pay with one debit and message popped up the order didn?t go... thru . Tried again, same message so used my second debit. Checking later as I was hacked a few months back, I use the cards theplace holds on them. I saw both cards were charged. I called and Jess could not have been nicer. She was helpful, patient withthis non tech soul who had no idea how to do a screen shot. She was great. Personable, friendly and resolved the issue. Greatcustomer service. As a side note, the pizza was amazing and ready on time. Thanks Jess and I will definitely be back!! Well,it?s been 3 weeks and the owner has not gotten in touch with me nor has she refunded me for 2 additional charges. Pizza isawesome, her customer service leaves much to be desired. The staff was friendly and patient while I took my time ordering there for the first time. There were seven people working... joyfully in a small space. That was fun to watch. The food was very obviously fresh and absolutely delicious! The only reason Idid not give five stars is because the chicken on the pizza was a bit dry. I imagine that's hard to avoid but maybe undercookedit a bit before you put it on the pizza to go in oven? Anyway if 4 3/4 stars was an option that's what I would give it. Everycomponent of the pizza was so yummy and the wings were perfectly seasoned and cooked. Nicely done Mickey's. You are our best goto fir pizza and wings! Read more
Our family really enjoys the food from Mickey's. From the first time we stumbled upon this gem, we were pleasantly surprised.... The food is tasty, we enjoy the variety, and we can find something for everyone. I'd give them 5 stars based on the flavor andassortment of options alone, but what prompted me to write this review is their customer service. My husband placed an onlineorder asking that our pizza be cooked a certain way based on my preference ???? (see pic) so Mickey's actually cooked it half"perfectly" and half the way my husband prefers it (more crispy). Since one of our sons also likes it crispy and the otherprefers it the "right" way, everyone was happy. Now, if they come out with a vegan cheese pizza for our daughter, I'll be backwith another 5 star review. ???? Read more
Went in tonight for dinner. Ordered the large steak bomb calzone and kid's chicken tender dinner. By far best we've ever had.... The calzone was loaded and dough so delicious. The chicken tenders are made with fresh chicken and not the frozen ones otherrestaurants serve. The customer service was top notch as well. We'll definitely be back. I?ve always had a good experience when picking up takeout from Mickey?s, and I absolutely loved their beach pizza, but last... night I ordered delivery and received this terrible quality pizza. How could you ever serve this to a customer? Needless to say,I spent $19 on a pizza that ended up in the trash. Read more
