I absolutely love the morning staff at this location. I come here every morning and order the same latte. Today I forgot to ask... for whipped cream and when they saw me they asked if I wanted the whipped cream???? I know it?s something so small but it mademy day. employees have horrible attitudes and never stirs my coffee, so all i get is cream and sugar layered on coffee and i usually get... cold foam so then i never actually get the cold foam because i have to stir and shake my coffee. Read more

So just stopped to get a cold brew. Placed an order thru the app. Went thru the drive thru was told to pull up. Got to the... window and was told they were out of cold brew. I get it it was 7:30. She said I could get an expresso shot. She was kind ofsnippy when I told her that was not the same. I made comment that I already paid so I guess I would have to get somethingdifferent. She never offered to refund. Any time there is an issue they don't like to do a refund because it seems that only afew there know how. Since the reno I have not seen any improvement in the staff. Was hoping that they would take some pride intheir job but no that is not the case. So much for hoping and thinking that I would back to the location at Ashley Dr.Theirlobby is closed has been for 1 1/2 to 2 months. Drive up only and they are very slow. Read more

Drive thru and inside were busy and staff were doing a good job keeping up. Wifi available. I ordered munchkins to wash the... coffee ? down. You may want to order online and go inside for quicker service if you don't mind getting out of yourvehicle. Recent renovations look good. Bathroom was in good condition. Dine in available. Store has been renovated. Staff are apparently all new, and not fast at their jobs. Missing and wrong items on all orders so... far, even with the printed slip from online orders. Spent 27 minutes in line , with only 6 cars ahead of me. The quality of thefood is as expected at least. Serious improvements needed in staff productivity. Read more

Usually pretty good, but blonde girl at drive thru (Sat. 3/19 8:30am) was rude. Politely reminded her that we ordered an OJ and... she said, ?I know I only have so many hands? in a tone. We didn?t mean to come off impatient or not understanding, but her lackof customer service skills is obvious? Read more

The staff were very cheerful and made sure the order was right (it was just coffee,) but it was really slow. It took 15 minutes... to get through the line with 2 cars ahead of me. ??????? I might not have cared so much, if I wasn't on my way to work and onlyhad so much time to spare....I'm just glad I left home as early as I did. Read more
