Too expensive, terrible parking lot and drive thru system. Only gets 1 star cuz the employees are generally nice.
I go to this aromas every morning before school yet today, the cashier was very incompetent and rang up all of my orders... incorrectly. It took forever and I was late. There was barely anyone in front of us yet we were there for 25 minutes. Read more
Very hit or miss here, when its slow, they can get it right, but even a little bit of "busy" and it seems they fall apart.... Theres also this one girl, blonde, she's very annoying. Her voice is just unbearable. I miss the "old" Aroma Joe's. Read more
Unfortunately this location seems to frequently have poorly made coffee that it makes it's frozen drinks with. I have been twice... in the last few months and both times I ordered frozen coffee drinks that ended up tasting like the coffee itself was rancid orsour. Based on that, I wouldn't recommend this Aroma Joe's location to anyone. Read more
Every time I have been here, the staff have been really nice and it's always been a pleasant experience, especially since I've... recently been to coffee places with less-than-stellar customer service. The coffee is good and some of their energy drinks arereally cool looking. They have a mobile app that makes paying really simple too. The only downside is the drive-thru can bepretty long at certain hours. Read more
