Sue March was rude with her reply.. it's not my fault she has to... chunk chicken for a living.. she doesn't have to take it out on the customers. Bless her heart.. Had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, fried pickles and French fries. The best in town.
1st visit I ordered a cheeseburger, because everyone was raving about them . I asked them not to put their Rooster sauce on it,... I just wanted a regular cheeseburger w/ mustard, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and onions. They didn?t listen to anything Iasked for. They made it the way they wanted, with the Rooster sauce, which I found disgusting, and threw it away. So I basicallywasted my money, So I waited a year or so, snd decided I would give them another try. 2nd visit I ordered a shrimp basket. Cruston shrimp was fried so hard I couldn?t even bite into it. I broke it apart with my fingers, but was still to hard to eat, notto mention it had so much salt, I choked on it. Not only was the crust bad, but the shrimp was cooked completely too long, andwas like chewing rubber. Maybe in another year or so, I ?MIGHT? give them another try, but for right now, it?s not looking toogood for them! There is really no reason this place shouldn't be busier than Cane's or Popeye's. The chicken strips dwarf the competition.... Usually the food is fantastic and leaves me wondering why the line isn't down the road. My only complaint is the consistency.Occasionally there have been times when the food wasn't fresh out the fryer and left me a little disappointed. Treat yourself tothis local gem. Read more
Super great food! Beautiful color and batter on the chicken ???? What I like is you always get a huge serving. The tenders are... big, the fried chicken breast is big and so is the meat on the sandwich. No skimping! The chicken sandwich is one of the bestI?ve had! Read more
Waitresses are so friendly, food was awesome. I had steak baked potato. Definitely will come back
