I applied through their website and I had been scheduled for an interview. (I work another job during the day and I had driven... 20 miles to get here for the interview) the lady told me to come back Monday during which time I would already be at work at myother job. In the middle of figuring out a good time for me to come back on Monday, there was an extremely rude lady in thedrive thru who I am assuming was the general manager or assistant manager telling this lady to just tell me to come back.Obviously I am gonna come back ma?am, but maybe you should take a little more care. I bought two quarter pounder with cheese no pickles no onion extra meet on one of them got back to the room and had pickles on... it and neither one of them had double meat took it back up there and handed them to hamburgers and they slap a piece of meat onone of them and hand them back to me with the same pickles on them thinking about calling the Health Department on them Read more
The staff try hard but the management is extremely poor apparently. The restaurant was very dirty on my last two visits. Many... tables had trash and/or salt on them. Several looked grimy and unclean. They attempted to give us more food then we ordered. Thedrinks station was unclean and no sweet or unsweet tea was available for customers. I usually dont leave bad reviews, but a few of your employees need to be reminded of their manners, and stop playing where... people can see especially if they aren't gonna get the orders right, when I pulled up to the second window one of the employeeswas playing around with a Togo bag on his head. I ordered a bacon mcdouble with mayo and mustard no onions no tomatoes and extrapickles. The lady who took my order and my money was very sweet and everything I had asked for was correct on the screen, so Ipulled up to the second window to get my food at first the guy was sweet and handed me my food I checked my food before leavingbecause we all know how McDonalds is and everyone makes mistakes I know I use to be a waitress. My order did not have anylettuce on it so I politely told him what was wrong and asked him to fix it he said yes but rolled his eyes. Since he was soannoyed with me asking him to fix it he had to come back again and ask me what was wrong with it. He fixed it but he made itmessy, when I got home I realized that it didn't have mustard and it only had three small pickles on it that didnt even coverthe bun.
