I had gotten the chicken sandwich so good and the Fry's were fresh and good!
Ordered one thing, get something COMPLETELY different. Staff did NOT want to be there or care at ALL about the customers
We had to wait a few minutes to order since there was like 3 or 4 cars that decided to go in. The whole time, we heard the... cashier singing/humming. When we ordered our food (2 orders of nuggets & 2 large fries as well as a chicken sandwich meal w/onion rings). The lady repeated our exact order to us, but yet somehow when we received our food, she tells us that we neverasked for the 2nd large fry or the onion rings. And we have been waiting there for more than 10 minutes. Then we had to wait anextra 5 minutes to tell the cashier that the order was wrong because she decided that it would be a great time to talk to thetruck next to us as if there weren't any cars in the drive thru. Even though we only had one set of fries, they were cold andthe nuggets were lukewarm at most. Just an overall bad experience. Either employ people who actually cares about the customersor just shut that BK down???????????. Better off going to Leesville. Read more
It was a little slow but the food was hot and fresh, the lady at the register was super friendly. So it made up for it. I... overheard her telling someone there was only 2 of them working and to whomever the manager is, that's just bad staffing on yourpart. Especially on a Saturday morning. Shame on you. Worst experience ever at a burger king. 1st I ordered 2 whoppers with cheese. Both sandwiches the bread was stale and hard ... the meat on both burgers seemed like it had been double cooked. Like meat that was previously cooked and then cooked again. The meat was hard and not fresh at all. The only thing fresh in the whoppers were the vegetables. Basically wasted money on 2burgers that wasn't eaten. This occurred on Sunday around lunch drive-thru. Read more
