This was the first time going into a Hardee's in years because of being burned at one in another city. However, this one is... great. I ordered from the manager whom was a fantastic example of how to do customer service. This is the one to go to inthe Wichita area. Pretty decent food & the service is adequate, but slightly on the pricey side.

Burger was ok but the fries weren't hot and crispy, they asked my coworker for her name but didn't asked for my name, so i had... to make sure that my order was the one i ordered, no one else was ordering so i guess they felt my name wasn't important tomention. Read more
Quite introverted staff. They don't seem to like people. We dined in and they put out food in bags with sandwiches in one and... fries in the other. Not very convenient when dining with a lot of people. Would it be too much to write which is which on thebag or put them in baskets like at Subway or spangles? Read more

We went in for lunch and order our meals with curley fries only to be told they were out. They didn?t say anything to us other... than we are out. No apologies for the manager not being able to order a truck properly. So we ordered onions rings and when wegot them you could tell they had thawed out and been refrozen because one of the rings was like 6 melted together. Very nastyand over cooked as well. Then we had to come to the counter to get the food but everyone else after us had their food deliveredto their tables but the staff. Very unprofessional. Read more
This place needs to close down. No one in line in the drive thru or even inside and they forgot items on the order AND DIDN'T... EVEN APOLOGIZE. Both the girls working at night looked like they are on crystal meth. Read more
