I was passing through Dequincy Louisiana and decided to just try my luck with this Popeyes as I do not eat much fried chicken.... Becca took my order and was very polite. I went here last night and ordered an 8 piece all dark mild with red beans and rice. We live about 20 minutes from the store. ... When we got home, we had 3 dark pieces of chicken and some other stuff they just through in the box. This used to be the beststore in SWLA, but now is just like the rest. "It doesn't matter what you order we'll give you what we want and you have nochoice" attuited! 23.00 for 3 pieces of chicken that we ordered....SAD SAD SAD!!! Read more
Becca was the cashier and was extremely rude, I gave her my coupon and card to pay for my order she didn?t even look at the... coupon, put it in, when asked she rudely gave it back. I dont think ill go back to this location again. Read more

Not real good service i see a shorting in portins serverd and then lied to once i confronted them i travel alot and was told... thats how small the shrimp basket was i counted them there was 8 shrimp i made them give me a refund and never plain to retun Read more

I just went and got a 13 piece mix with sides and this is what all my chicken breast look like. They cut one half off and then... take and split the remaining half of the breast so it will fluff up and look like a whole breast. That one big strip us all thatwas on a breast. It took them forever I called it in and it still wasn't ready when I got there. Had to wait 11 more minutes. Read more
