The waitress was awesome. We went there at 630 pm was finally served at 8 pm. The meat was raw. I do not recommend this place

What a hidden gem if you?re not familiar with the area, this is definitely the best spot for a great bite to eat with a... wonderful view! Yes it?s in the hotel which threw us off course for a second, but you don?t have to be a guest to visit. Foodwas bit salty, BUT, it was only noticeable because I hardly cook with salt myself. Calm chowder was delicious, and so was thehalibut fish and chips. We also ordered the fettuccine with veggies and chicken, super yummy. My fav item was the bangin shrimpappetizer! So good. Water pipes broke when we went there but it didn't affect the quality of service and the food that they served. We had onion... rings, surfrider burger and the chicken Wings. Gorgeous ocean view, excellent service, great coffee, and delicious breakfast. We both had the chicken fried steak which was... really good. The hash browns were perfectly cooked. It has really cute decor. We will definitely come back. If you stay at theClarion Surfrider hotel, you get 10% off your meal. The only negative was the fire alarm went off twice and it was going offfor quite a while. It was kind of hard to enjoy our meal with a blaring alarm. Hope that isn?t a normal occurrence.
