When you look up the word horrible, you will find this Wendy?s front and center!!. The absolute worst restaurant I have ever in... my life gone to. employees clueless, manager nowhere around, no napkins in the store, I had to get a refund for the order thatthey messed up but they had to call the manager for an approval who was out ?buying napkins? So my total horrible experiencethere was like 30 minutes, between waiting for the my food order which wasn?t fresh, the call to the manager, the explanation tothe manager, and then the refund.
