The atmosphere was nice, our waitress was very nice. We had a party of 8 (1 being an 11 month old though) and only one person... really cared for their food. My husband added a side salad with his meal and it looked good so I asked him how it was and hesaid their was no flavor. I tried a piece and it was like it was frozen. It was horrible. I asked him how his philly cheesesteak was and he also said not good, it was super dry. He's never one to complain either. My food was eh ok but nothing is getagain (spicy shrimp stir fry). My daughter's friend had hairs in her meal and my daughter and son barely touched their meals..wementioned the hair, the waitress didn't really say anything but then a few min later a manager came out and told us he wouldcomp that meal and asked if she wanted a dessert. He handled it good. But I still don't think I'd go back as nobody reallycares for their food. Read more
The food here is consistently "GOOD" and most menu items appear like the pictures in the menu. The place is clean too. Staff is... friendly and the orders arrive quickly. Plus they have many displays broadcasting most sports. Never a bad seat when watchingsport here. Applebee's take note. I would have no problem vetting out the "GOLD DIGGERS" on a date here. Read more
Restaurant is packed, waited only 3 minutes and they were so apologetic we had to wait that short amount of time. Server Alicia... was great. The Manager, Jim, came by the table a few times to check on us and saw him really scrubbing down a table- amazingattention to detail and service. Super accommodating, Great food, great service, good prices- what more could you want!? Read more

Short wait for a Friday. Our waitress was great. Food was very good. We just ordered a couple of appetizers to share as our... dinner. Food came pretty quick despite the good size crowd. Portions were huge. We still needed a box for the leftovers. Read more
Excellent chicken tenders. They were pretty short staffed but our server Alyssa took good care of us. We also order the Tully's... light beer which was pretty similar to Bud Light. You get quite a bit in your meal. I highly recommend bringing an appetite. Read more
I feel it disrespectful when you pay cash and people put your money down on the counter/bar. I handed it to you, you can hand it... back. Same was done with my food even though I was standing up waiting for it. Don't worry, the brown doesn't rub off. To top itoff, fries are overcooked. Spilled BBQ sauce on myself trying to eat while driving. Wasn't given any napkins. You guys can dobetter. Read more
The food was decent but I felt very very very rushed to get out of my booth. I literally just got my food and the server kept... coming over to see if we were done eating (this was only 2 minutes after I got my food). We wound up having to box up our foodbecause of how rushed we felt. We also had a coupon that was valid and they didn't add it to our check so I had to pay fullprice even though I had a coupon. I'd go to a different Tully's if you're going to dine in so you're not rushed to leave theminute you get there. It wasn't even busy at the time we went so there's no reason to have rushed us out so fast. We can'tcontrol how fast the food comes to the table. If they really want customers to leave that fast maybe the cook should movefaster. The Tully's in Amherst area is much more relaxed I feel. It might be worth the trip out there to have a good diningexperience. Read more
