Food was a solid, chicken finger sub! So why the low rating? The lady at the register who rang me out was a short woman was so... incredibly rude and very bland. No manners, no courtesy, didn't use basic manners, ie: please and thank you, prior to paying shejust held her hand out, didn't even give total and I had no idea what she wanted. We had a great dinner. Waitress was so very nicest and was so thoughtful about the sun being in our eyes and asking if we wanted... to close the shade on the other side of the restaurant. I had the pork chops which were a bit dry. I wish they served applesaucebut otherwise all the food was great! Guest had the fried chicken which was hot, delicious, and crispy. The sides were cookedwell, not overcooked and beans and broccoli were still crisp. Mashed potatoes were great as well. Overall a great place. I hadpreviously eaten at the Gardenview which apparently is related to this restaurant but they have completely different menus. Wewill definitely be back to both. Nice to have a local restaurant like this as so many are struggling. My only complaint was thebooths need work. Both of us sunk uncomfortably into our seats which had seen better days and were taped over in multiple spots.It was not appealing and legitimately made the meal uncomfortable. My girlfriend ordered French toast she poured maple syrup on it took some bites and noticed flies in the syrup she ran to the... bathroom and vomited. We then talked to the waitress and she was sickened by the sight.I couldn't finish My food and weleft.they only took the French toast off the bill , no apologies from the owner my bill was. 17 dollar's. Been coming here since I was a kid, it?s not what is used to be. Food was mediocre and the service was terrible. All the... waitresses were busy talking loudly they couldn?t even refill coffee or bring us our check and we weren?t the only ones. Therewas barely anyone in the restaurant and now I see why. Will never go back. Read more

The food tasted delicious! It was a tad on the salty side, but not too bad. The Ruben I had was actually very well made and... perfectly crisp. The fries are also crispy. Would recommend. I'll definitely be returning here. The atmosphere of the place wasreally nice, too. It felt cozy. Read more
The Ruben was chewy but tasty, and the sweet potato fries were worth the extra 3 bucks. Waitress was friendly and professional,... and the bathroom had a layer of dust so thick, even the walls had not seen a cleaning since the restaurant opened.
