Placed an order on the app. Once it said it was ready went in to get it and they tell me you must be at the wrong location... because we have no order for you. I show them my confirmation and payment and they told me it didn?t matter they won?t make itwithout a ticket. I asked how they could make it right and he said well I can void the order and you will be refunded. I askedhow that was possible if he was saying he did not have an order for me. He just said OH yeah! My order finally came through 20minutes later and instead of doing my order they did all the people in the restaurant first. Took another 45 minutes to get oursandwiches. Doordashed our sandwiches and as someone who has worked at Subway? it is not that hard to read the online orders off a receipt.My brother, boyfriends, and my sandwiches were wrong. And if I?m paying you $12!!!!!! To make 1 sandwich? make it right. I?m sodisappointed mainly because Subway provides the employees with recipe sheets to read off of as some sandwiches are more popularthan others. And mine was made wrong. Was suggested to order on the app since only one person works during one of the busiest times, lunch. Order place on app, no... problem. I waited 40 minutes total for 2 subs. Ordered the subs at 1200 and suppose to be ready at 1225. I asked if my order wasready at 1225 and it was not even started. The employee needed to walk over to the print out to tell me ?we are still working onit?. Don?t bother coming here until they hire someone to help out the lone employee. Read more

The food was good, the employees were very nice and the store was clean. Well I had to edit my review. I went in today and... there was a young man working that had a bunch of bracelets on, one of them was cloth and had a long tail that he was draggingacross the sandwiches and the fixings as he was preparing the food. How is it the manager is clueless to the hygiene of theemployees? I could not take the thought of even if I had someone else prepare my food that bracelet has already been in thetoppings. I informed the manager and left. Most people don?t care anymore you have to watch and speak up. So I decided it?stime to give an update, I have been back about 5 times since the above events and I can say the best time to go is on theweekends when the ?Master Sandwich Artist? Jeff is working. He is absolutely amazing just a great Dude. I love to get hissuggestions on toppings he has never steered me wrong. With that said Jeff deserves a Million Stars but the restaurant is hitor miss if he is not working so I can?t give the store as a whole a 5 star so it?s a 4 for me. Thanks Jeff! Read more
