My boyfriend and I went there a couple days ago and they put the wrong ranch on his sandwich, it was pepper corn or something,... well it looked disgusting so after arguing with the guy (who wasn?t the one making his sandwich) they removed the gross ranchand made it correctly. A few days later my grandfather went in to get a foot long club and was told it would be $20 or morebecause of the tomato?s and toppings he wanted in it, he just walked out without the sandwich??. Recently, this location has become the worst of any Subway I have ever been to. I tried to give them a chance after a few sloppy... messes that I received. This last time was awful. We made an online order of which one of the items was missing. The other itemswere thrown together by someone who obviously has no care for quality. The extra meat we ordered was not on the subs and thetoppings were missing from one side of each of the subs. We called the store and spoke with one of the employees. When I askedfor a refund, they mentioned they did not know how and they didn't think a refund could be performed. They told me there was nomanager on duty and there would not be one for the remainder of the evening. I will never go back to this Subway. That manager is there everytime I go. She sure is a trooper! UPDATE: Manager needs to take a a week or 2 off, super RUDE to... customers today. Not to mention the place is filthy. Eat inside and the window sills were covered in old bread crumbs and food. Read more
I love subway..like I go there at least once a week. But this location is iffy. Somedays the staff is nice, others they're short... and snippy. Most days the tomatoes look mushy so avoid those. I always get the same sandwich regardless of the location, but atthis store my sandwich isn't as good ...I guess they hold the love haha Read more
Today was my first and last time in this subway. The older women there, not sure if she is the manager or owner, but she is... miserable. She was rude to everyone she encountered. She was yelling at and demeaning her two male employees in front ofcustomers, I was disgusted with the way she was talking to them.
