Don't waste your time or money to eat at this place. This place does not even deserve one star! I have ordered a Chicken Power... bowl 3 different times in the last 6 weeks. I have been charged the full price and neither time it didn't have black beans. Ihave asked for a refund and they gave me a refund. Then l left and went to Taco Bell at Hwy 73 & 16, Denver, NC and was able toget a Chicken power bowl with all the ingredients. NO management skills at this place!!!! Read more

We were given food that was not packaged properly. When examining our food, our mashed potatoes did not have a lid resulting in... one of us sticking our finger in the potatoes, leaving an indention in the potatoes. We then asked for a new ration of mashedpotatoes with a lid. After we recieved the potatoes, we went to check them and saw that they were the same potatoes but with anew lid. This was outright ridiculous that they could tell us "here is a new thing of potatoes" and lie to us. On top of this,when taking our original order, the cashier proceeded to argue with us when he was the one who was incorrect. It took multiplepeople to take our order because the first cashier could not take anything seriously. Even though they argued with us, as soonas we were given our receipt he made sure to remind us as many times as possible about their survey. Read more
I was in the drive-through line 10 minutes before I even got to place my order . then another 5 minutes and the line never... moved. I pulled out without paying, or my order. worst drive to I've ever been through And I'm 60 years old. Read more
KFC.... Mmmm well. The employees were fine. But holy cow. It's way too expensive. I wanted a tender dinner without a drink. And... it was 14$ after tax. I went to Bojangles and got a way better deal with a chicken tender dinner with 2 sides and a biscuit andit was 8$ and some change. And it was good food. Even the Taco bell that is attached to the KFC is too expensive. I haven't ateat a kFC in a few years and it will probably be a few more years before I do again. Read more

Been going here for years. However recently it seems that they've lost their edge so to speak. They constantly forget items you... ordered, and are seemingly understaffed. Something needs to be done. Read more
