I have had the worst experience today at this place. There was a white woman with brown hair and she was a brat and giving my 15... year old daughter attitude. My daughter had ordered garlic sauce and she had lied and told my daughter it was in the boxes, theychecked all the boxes and nothing was in there. My daughter went in there and told her that there weren?t any in there and shestill had continued to lie and say that she put them in there so my daughter told her that she can bring out the boxes and showher there were none in there so then she stormed to the kitchen and got some sauces, my daughter had said thank you and as sheleaves the lady flicked my daughter off. I ordered a pizza for carry out, my wait time was over an hour at 8pm. I waited the hour, checking the tracker every 8/10 mins,... and then when it was around the pick up time, all it said was order cancelled. I went into the restaurant and they said theynever had an order, it was three people all hanging out in there that were too lazy to work. Read more
If there was -0, that's what they would get. HORRIBLE customer service! The girl who answers the phone is a snotty little brat... with no customer service skills. We called because we received a pizza with NO sauce. Not a big deal. Just make it right. Instead, she chose to argue, said she talked to the pizza maker and he said he puts sauce on all the pizzas, insisting there issauce. I drove the pizza back and asked her to show me the sauce. More attitude. The delivery driver was just as rude. We've ordered from this location for a few years without problems. No more. Read more
I ordered a pizza that said about 20 minutes until delivery. 30 minutes later it showed up. All I ordered was a medium cheese... pizza. Apparently I need to specify that it needs sauce. I called the store and said Hey my pizza has no sauce. She put me onhold, came back and said, well my pizza maker says that there was sauce on it. I was literally digging my fingers through thepizza. No sauce at all. Eventually asked to speak to a manager because she kept putting me on hold and not telling me anythingrelevant. Then the manager tried to fight with me. Said he would send one out in an hour. I don't have an hour, my child needsto eat her dinner. Had to threaten to call my bank before he would be willing to refund me at all. And then he swore that I waslying and that there was actually sauce when I promise you there was not. I know they need the pizza back in order to refund meso I offered to leave it on the doorstep forr him and that wasn't good enough. Salad was inedible... nothing but brown lettuce. Red onion was wet, soft, and nasty. They compensated me by giving me a credit... for another salad in the future.... which I don't think I'll be using. Read more
This place is pretty good and I highly recommend it! Everything is delicious and the toppings are right up to the edge almost!
It was very good with the same as always great thin crust and tasty sauce. Plenty of extra toppings for a great price.
