I like this BK location better than the ones in Charlotte. My only complaint is if you go after 5 there service is very slow.
Burger King has some tasty burgers and I love the sausage and cheese croissant but whoever is in charge and calling the shots at... the corporate level is ruining it. Stores are never updated, employees are from the bottom of the barrel and the locations nearme (Gaston county, NC) are rarely ever open on time and the dining rooms are usually closed. Read more

I must say Burger King and the staff that closed Friday night really made our day! We got there right before 11 (10:59) and a... staff member who I think was working with one other person took our order with a cheerful attitude and we were relieved thatthey took our order! I would like to give a special shout-out to Karen all our food was correctly made and fresh! The condimentswere also all in the bag! Thanks Karen you rock!!! This was the best from a burger we have had in forever! All the food was hot and fresh. Well, hot enough to eat haha Don't want... it scolding lol even the jalapeño poppers where divine!! I could eat those without melting my throat. The pies were defrostedto the point of enjoyment. Even the sweet tea was great and made to my liking. Which doesn't happen at all places I visit. Toput it bluntly, I didn't hardly touch my drink at all because I was enjoying my food way too much. Usually I'm drinking my drinkconstantly. I've never been to this Burger King before, but I think in my travels, when I'm hungry, this will most definitely bemy pit stop must. Matt was very nice as well. Usually good, the food today was off. Ordered combo 1 for breakfast (Sausage, Egg & Cheese croissant) - it didn?t taste that... good for some odd reason. The French Toast sticks were the best thing out of my order. Read more
