Almost every time when I order tea I express that I only want REGULAR TEA and not sweet tea and they keep giving me sweet tea. I... poured out 3- 1/2 gallons of sweet tea. Such a waste. Read more
Zero stars!! Every time we try to get dinner from here, there is an issue! Most times we?re told they don?t have chicken! Like... someone else posted?you are a chicken restaurant, how do you not have chicken?!?!?! They have gotten rid of the homestyletenders and only have the supremes, which are spicy, and my kids don?t like them. Tonight, it wasn?t ?hi? or ?I?m sorry but needto I form you that due to ?XYZ? we can only take cash?nope?it was ?we can only take cash? when ?greeted? oh so politely (insertsarcasm) at the drive thru speaker. I just said, well I guess that?s not happening and drove off!! It is ALWAYS something!! Thepeople that work there act like they cannot be bothered to do their jobs, and heaven forbid if you tell them you need somethingextra or they left out something!!!!! They can?t even put your four individual combo meals in a bag for you! And the tea?tasteslike they dumped cigarette ashes in and stirred it up?GROSS!! Outside was horribly dirty. Inside wasn't much better. Ordered 2 gravy biscuits and barely had any gravy on them.
Dirty, dirty, dirty!!! Condiment and drink station area, floors and every table littered with trash and crumbs....at 10:30am.... Cashier sang aloud as she took orders causing several to be incorrect. When I asked for my receipt I was told that I didn't needit (although other customers had theirs) and that we could listen for our order. Other "workers" stood aimlessly in the kitchen.Not positive the Manager overheard our complaints but within moments a "clean up" suddenly began. The inspiringsinger/cashier/cleaner acted put out and actually sighed with an attitude when we said we would weren't finished with our trayyet. Definitely will not go to this location again. Drive thru can be really bad. Dont order from here much.
