Tried Yahya's last night. All meats except chicken were Halal. We enjoyed everything minus their lentil and tomato soups. We... tried Lamb Shank, Kebab Kobidah, and Gyro platters with side order of french fries. The servers were nice and friendly, woulddefinitely revisit. Hope they would have Halal chicken too. Falafel was extra crunchy, for those who like crunchy. Coated in sesame seeds. Hard to taste any other spices mostly tastes like... sesame. They weren't dry, but for me they also didn't stand out. Mushroom appetizer was a bit mushy compared to what Iexpected. The online photo appeared to have mushrooms on a shish kabob, which made me think they were roasted but the marinatinghas made them quite soggy. They tasted great but if you are a mushroom texture finicky person, skip these mushrooms. Hummus wasaverage for me. Not glorious but not gross. I do agree it was very smooth. I felt like the prices and portions were prettytypical for Denver area Mediterranean food. I would like to try fried cauliflower, but there's only so much one person can eatand fried cauliflower isn't a next day kinda food. I don't really live nearby so I don't know if I'd return. Like many said, there are lots of Mediterranean options so if this one is close to you, try it but if it's far maybe pick someplace closer. Forme, it falls in the middle. Read more

I was searching online for a restaurant that served food that actually looks appetizing when other people take pictures of it. I... don't need an upscale restaurant, but I also don't want the food to look like slop or like the meal took a bath in fakebutter. Yahya's popped up and the pictures looked great. The restaurant was modest but inviting. Our waitress Maci wasfantastic. She always had a smile and a great attitude. Our food was just what I was looking for that I didn't know I wanted:marinated quail, lamb curry, and Turkish coffee. My wife had a gyro, and we shared a rice pudding for dessert. Our daughter hada blast finishing the Turkish delight! They also had a kid's high chair with straps that actually work. That alone is a hugeplus. This is a great restaurant. We felt welcomed by the employees. We enjoyed a well made meal, with an appetizer, a drink, and dessert, all for a very reasonable cost. Very happy with our experience here! Read more

My husband and I had the platter for two and I have to say that was the most delicious tender meat/chicken I've ever had ???? It... comes with salad, soup & hummus as well but those didn't make it to the picture because we devoured them lol. Thank you Yahyafor treating us with such hospitality and kindness. The food was a 10/10 we were very impressed and pleased with it. Idefinitely recommend this place to anyone looking for Mediterranean food, it is a MUST! Also it's halal so a plus point for allmy Muslims out there ???? oh ALSO THE KNAFA is amazing and so delicious, you definitely have to try it! Read more
