This bakery is has some of the highest quality house made pastries i have ever had. Most coffee shops in the area get their... pastries from the same commercial kitchen and but these guys make their own. The space inside is small, so you usually have towait outside. Their hours are pretty annoying, but good for them. They are only open 8-1 Tuesday through Sunday. It?s not a badidea to call ahead and pick up your order around the side without the wait. Breakfast sandwiches usually take about 20-30minutes. I counted off a star for their coffee. While the pasties are out of this world, the coffee is fine, at best. I usuallypick up coffee from somewhere else after getting the pastries. Read more

Used to be fantastic but croissants have noticeably suffered in quality let alone size lately which is a shame. They are still... good but a step down from a few months ago even. Also mit sure why the pain au chocolate got discontinued as it was a great one.The new chocolate cruffin is unfortunately a more typical US pastry, i.e way too sweet. Read more

Great neighborhood bakery and coffee provider. We got a iced hibiscus tea and croissant | iced chai and pain au chocolat. The... hibiscus tea was fantastic if a bit a sweet, but the only reason this isn?t 5 stars is because the chai was a little too spicyto me. So maybe a little heavy on the ginger or nutmeg or something? But the other pastry was 10/10. I?d come back, but maybetry a different drink. Read more

Lovely bakery with an assortment of delicious pastries and sandwhiches. Note that they only have 3 tables outside, so it's best... to call ahead or order online. Tried the breakfast special, it's a stack of ham, eggs, swiss cheese, and cilantro cream onbrioche. Cilantro cream is particularly interesting, gives a nice refreshing taste. Cappuccino was also good, they have a goodselection of coffee and teas. The mushroom turnover was great even after being reheated, the sticky bun was not too sweet andstill rich like you'd expect. Delicious baked goods in the Highlands. They are always busy so go early or order ahead of time. We ordered several breakfast... sandwiches which are served on brioche (soft and pillowy) with egg, cheese and choice of meat or vegetables (mushroom, tomato, green Chile) They are so tasty and the ratio of bread to egg to meat and cheese spot on. The sweet and savory pastries arebaked to perfection. So many delicious options. Make sure to bring a mask as you?re required to wear one inside. The staff isvery friendly and it shows in the delicious food offered. I?ll have to go back for lunch options. Read more

So yum. Seriously yum. I bought a cheese danish and an eclair but seriously could have bought everything they had left. I... especially enjoyed the slightly crispy sweetened cheese bits on top of the danish and the flakey pastry was delicious too. I?lldefinitely be back! Read more

Forget about the coffee (which is delicious), these are the best baked goods I've had in Denver. I would drive across the city... just for a slice of their freshly made coffee cake. The breakfast sandwich is also fantastic. The breakfast sandwich is alittle on the expensive side once you add in the items you want but it's worth it. The service is also very friendly! Read more
