I've only been twice once about a year ago and yesterday. Everytime I walk in there's 4 or 5 people on there phones. The order... taker actually walked away from the registrar after I walked up. I had to get there attention just to put my order in. I triedto order a simple sandwich and I get told it's going to take 40 mins. I will not be going here anymore. Read more

Ordered online, took the staff 5 minutes to locate my order which was already done on the rack. Wings and fries were soggy and... not fresh whatsoever. I wanted to add some extra sauce, a soda and some cookies. I stood there for over 5 minutes for a simplerequest to add to my order. And not one (even the manager) acknowledged me. I eventually walked out frustrated due to lack ofcustomer service. Baffles me how only 1 employee is working the register while others sat around without a care for payingcustomers. WONT GO BACK! I placed an order for a chicken sandwich combo, the manager who took my order stated my order would be ready in 18 minutes. I... waited longer than 18 minutes in the lobby watching everyone who ordered after me receive their order ,after 30 minutes ofwaiting for my name to be called, I finally walked up to the counter and saw my food just sitting there ready , which seemedlike it had been sitting there however the manager purposely skipped over my order. she bagged it up and handed it to me rudely. When I received my food I inspected it prior to eating. I saw a cooked dead fly on my chicken sandwich. I showed the managerand assistant manager who stated they will give me a refund, started laughing at me and talking about me in Spanish. Poor foodwith fly attached and poor customer service. Also not to mention the restaurant had flies flying everywhere and the place is notclean. This location needs to be inspected for food safety, sanitation and employee behavior. Read more

Good and cheap wings and many flavours to choose from.. I tried four different flavours in the hotness scale and I can certify... the hot ones are really hot.. Chicken was tender inside and crispy outside even though sauce was dripping while picking up thepieces.. only disappointment was the veggie sticks and that's I didn't confirm what they were and turned out to be freshly cutcelery n carrot.. lol.. I always get the tenders... Louisiana dry rub and the hot honey are bomb. Wingstop ranch is the best ever. Restaurant needs to... work on more friendly employees up front and more accurate pick-up times. Read more

No point in ordering ahead. Food is never ready when you arrive. Plan on spending 20-30 minutes waiting for your food no matter... what! The GVR location is better and a lot faster! Read more
