Got my order wrong and then blamed me. They even said it was an "F-U" to correct my order. Terrible customer service, cold food,... and horrible leadership. I work in food service as well so hopefully others take my advice and never eat here. It's awful. Ihope their manager can grow some balls and give me a call. I am very flexible and kind but I can't believe how horribly I wastreated and I am still trying to get ahold of the manager here so they can tell me "F-U" to my face. Read more

I went to this Wendy's today, and experienced some of the best customer service I've ever had at a fast-food restaurant! The... cashier, Michael, was very friendly and personable (and immediately greeted me with eye contact, "Good afternoon sir, how areyou doing today?"). Michael gladly took my order and verified my special requests (to ensure my order was correct). He alsoinformed me about the "Boo Book" coupon booklet that I purchased, which saved me money on my order and will save me on my nextseveral meals as well! He got my coffee and food ready quickly, and made sure I had everything I needed before I left thecounter. Also, he was gladly willing to log onto the other computer terminal to print my receipt (as it wouldn't print on histerminal). I felt welcome here, that I was appreciated for my patronage, plus the food was good and the coffee was nice andfresh, and I'll definitely be back soon! I believe Michael deserves recognition from the management for a job well done????????. God bless! Read more

Staff is extremely rude and act like you?re an inconvenience any time you go in. Food quality is always poor. I?ve been going... for the convenience and cost, but the experience is consistently bad. Very hard to enter with a real check, The door on the same side as the pick up window Would be better for welter entrance but... they need to put in a slope To get on the sidewalk. The parking lot side has ways to get on the sidewalk for wheelchairs butthe doors 2 doors are too hard to get through it's a back-and-forth right angle trying to get in-and-out you have to get theright angle. Once inside the people are helpful Happy to help you leave but to get them to come to the door to help me get inno no I have to keep trying to get attention I went around to the pick up window and asked for somebody to come to the doorsand help me get in when I got to the doors there was still no one there I waited about 5 minutes for help it was a customertrying to get in the door that helped not is helped not employees. The burgers are OK not what I remember The chili was myfavorite and The past years The last 3 years it needs help something has changed in 3 and a 1/2 years of Wendy's Read more

Never had any problems. Food actually seemed made to order. I tried the new strawberry frosty. Not as good as the McDonalds... milkshake, but A for effort. It was still super thick, the flavor was just a little odd. Read more
