I've been to this location a couple of times and usually have no issue. The reason for my updated review is that I went last... night and while the fries were fresh and hot, I was given the wrong sandwich. I'd ordered a grilled chicken but received a beefburger with bacon and crunchy fried onion toppings. I wanted to go back but I was not the driver so I couldn't correct my order.I'm sure had I returned they would?ve corrected that part of the order for me. Read more
Food either wrong (incorrect custom orders or food given that wasn?t ordered) or completely missing. Receipts never given, staff... doesn?t care, they?re completely apathetic, phone number DISCONNECTED, AND the sign to check your order is correct in the drivethru line has been broken for MONTHS, etc. I?m sick to death of this place and won?t be coming back after tonight now being thelast straw. Hit the McDonalds 0.10 miles away on Evans or go to BK on Leetsdale. Guess I?ll just throw another 12.59 out thewindow than have to go back to a business whose employees barely speak English and don?t care about the customer. Pitiful.Management should be canned. I waited in the line for 22 minutes just for two items and it wasn't even the girl in the front it was just the fact that the... manager was yelling at her and I witnessed the manager pick up chicken to get some put it back in the bag to someone else'sorder that wasn't mine also the customers were really rude to her and threw food and drink back at her so I will not bereturning to this area Read more
Not the best tasting food, but it's good if you're in a hurry. For lunch and dinner options they have different burgers, chili,... baked potatoes, and chicken nuggets. There's also the classic sides such a fries and frostys. There was a recent change to thefry recipe and now I find their fries gross. The frostys have remained the same since I was little, as have the kids meals I'venoticed when my niece has gotten them. On average it has terrible customer service, which is not unusual for a fast foodrestaurant. Read more
I always go to this location even if there is a closer one. The food is always fresh especially the fries and they get my order... correct every time. Recently I've had trouble with that almost everywhere and so it's really nice to not have to worry aboutthat at this location. Thank you so much to the team here that does a consistently good job.
