I've been to this location a couple of times and usually have no issue. The reason for my updated review is that I went last... night and while the fries were fresh and hot, I was given the wrong sandwich. I'd ordered a grilled chicken but received a beefburger with bacon and crunchy fried onion toppings. I wanted to go back but I was not the driver so I couldn't correct my order.I'm sure had I returned they would?ve corrected that part of the order for me. Read more
Food either wrong (incorrect custom orders or food given that wasn?t ordered) or completely missing. Receipts never given, staff... doesn?t care, they?re completely apathetic, phone number DISCONNECTED, AND the sign to check your order is correct in the drivethru line has been broken for MONTHS, etc. I?m sick to death of this place and won?t be coming back after tonight now being thelast straw. Hit the McDonalds 0.10 miles away on Evans or go to BK on Leetsdale. Guess I?ll just throw another 12.59 out thewindow than have to go back to a business whose employees barely speak English and don?t care about the customer. Pitiful.Management should be canned.
