Cold and dry is how I describe my latest visit. Terrible burgers! See the picture. The cheese isn't even melted and the burger... was chewy and sooooo dry. Gag. The puny patty was less than 2" wide! Old review: This Wendy's is a fairly good location. I'vehad good luck lately, but in the past it was poorly run. Clearly, the management change has made it big difference. I recommendusing the Wendy's app to take advantage of freebies and rewards. This location is so conveniently located, it can get very busyfrom time to time. Just wanted a "kinda" late night treat. The chocolate frosty was marked off the drive through menu and it said they only had... Strawberry. In reality they didn't have strawberry (which I didn't even know existed) so that was fine, just confusing. They hadwhat I wanted small chocolate frosty. Read more

I've never ate breakfast at Wendy's; so I decided to check it out. I ordered the sausage and egg croissant combo. The croissant... appeared to be a miniature Texas toast. It also had creamy sauce inside, instead of cheese. The potatoes were also small steakfries. Not exactly what I was expecting. Good, but different. Read more

This place offered bacon double cheese burgers for $2.99. I ordered 2 for lunch. When she rung them up on the screen in the... drivethru they showed $3.49 each. When we asked about it she said they no longer have bacon double cheese burgers on the menu. So she was charging us for a double cheeseburger add bacon. We argued the fact that the sign clearly states $2.99. We said theyneed to come out take on the sign and give us the order at the advertised price. She said she wouldn't be able to do this. Sowe asked to speak to a manager at the window. There wasn't one available when we pulled up. So then we asked for the corporateoffice number. They issued us one if we were a franchise and not able to make sales due to the computer not working. So I gotthe customer complaints email from the website. Send them an emai and no response. It has been 3 days. I took pictures of thetiny butters that were cold with one piece of bacon broken in half. This was the worst burger and service for the worst priceI've had in ages. The corporate office obviously does not care about its customers either. This is the first one star reviewI've given EVER.. I went to the drive thru this evening and ordered a taco salad. When I looked through the bags to see if I had everything, I... noticed there was no tortilla chips, which it comes with, but I was like okay I can live without them. When I got home, I hadgotten a container of chili, and no salsa either. So when I open the salad, there is mold everywhere in it. Mostly the tomato?s,but the lettuce also looks so old and almost black. I was so shocked because I?ve never gone to a restaurant before and gottenmold, so this was a first.
