Stopped my granddaughters at the Wendy's off I-70 and Federal, ordered food, got to the window and gave the women the money, she... said nothing just glared at me and slammed the window in my face, as we waited and waited, I noticed her and another lady hadour food at the front but wouldn't give it to us, finally she came over and stuck the bag out the window, the burger was madewrong. I called the manager, who didn't seem to care, I think the rude lady at the window was the manager. Don't think I'll begoing back to that Wendy's Read more

Everytime I order delivery from this Wendys, I'm always missing something, wrong items, no napkins, no spoons, no straws & food... is cold & soggy. And they never answer the phone. It goes to fax machine. I have ordered strawbery frosty four times & have notreceived one yet. So today I ordered two large strawberry frosty's & got two vanilla frosty's. Food is cold & soggy again. Ithas been two hours & still waiting for payment & order confirmation @ email or text. Kids meal had no box or toy. Daveies burgergot smaller & bun was vet thin & very soggy. Read more
Stopped at this spot at 8PM, had to use the washroom, the lobby was closed. 2 employees were sitting outside just chillin,... chattin on their phones. Nice to see shutting the lobby down early means more time to do nothing for staff. Went thru the drivethru for a quick bite. New guy at the first window had no clue about their hours or what time the lobby usually operates. Girlat second window didnt even speak to me or make eye contact. Whats happening to the fast food industry customer service isreally embarrassing. And ppl get paid for this. Smh. Read more
Girl in 2nd drive thru window today legit slammed ketchup packs into my hand, some fell on the ground outside my car. I ordered... a frosty and medium fries, that?s it. I understand that working in fast food is difficult, however it literally cost nothing tobe nice to people, especially if that?s your job. I know now not to come back here. Read more
I like going to those windows because everybody in that place seems to always be working hard I seen a young girl though behind... the counter texting on her phone now that was a little bit of a turnoff you should never be texting in front of customers butshe's young she'll learn I'm pretty sure if her manager was standing right next to her so tell her to put her phone away Read more
