I was given the wrong order and overcharged didn't receive recipt with order and had to ask for it. I tried to inform her she... rang up the wrong item before I paid. After driving 10 hours I just wanted to eat and get back to the hotel. She made zeroeffort to fix her mistake and refund the difference. I shouldn't have paid and just went somewhere else. Read more
Everytime I come to this location, my food is always prepared wrong. My family and I all order food, paid for it and none of us... got any tomatoes, bacon, or pickles, which should have been included pee our meal choice. Once we let the staff know they thenlet us know they were out of those items. So why charges us for them? 4 out of my last 5 visits have not been great. I went in to order on the kiosks and they still got the order wrong. I ended up getting two large soggy chili fries and a large... soggy fries when I wanted one small fries and a small chili fries. I wanted Coke but the machine was out of Coke. The onlyoption was flat Mello Yello. The hamburger was not great either. I ordered the Dave's Double to go with the small fries for afriend and it was like Dave himself pulled the patty from his sweaty armpit and threw it in the microwave for a minute, resultwas a soggy armpit burger, with soggy lettuce and everything soggy. At least it was warm! New menu item: Dave's Soggy ArmpitBurger with soggy fries and a soggy shake. What did I learn? Drive through or walk through you won't get what you ordered. Don't eat it no matter how hungry you are, refrain! This is not the first time they got my order wrong. Maybe if I order thewrong thing I might actually get what I ordered. Do Not order are use this restaurant! It.is 6pm in Denver. And the lovely manager hung up in my face. Warning two times in one... week my food was horrible. Hamburger sent with NO BUN. Today large became a small. No veggies and fries limp as swimmingnoodles. Be aware of rudeness, not customer friendly. I have to be 100% honest. I didn't go here, my daughter brought me their new cheese fries. These are so good. As good as any... cheese fries I've had recently. The bad part is now I will want them again. Fries are crispy, the cheese is not soggy neither isthe bacon. Just good cheese fries. Read more
I asked for fresh fries when I ordered. Got my order and the fries were barely warm. Drove back around and asked for fresh... fries since the ones I had were cold, the guy I spoke with rolled his eyes and then looked at me like I was speaking a differentlanguage.
