I bought a new large strawberry frosty and when I got it it was nothing but air. Obviously it was tasteful but it was not like a... normal frosty. I was horrible disappointed. First of all, I was not provided a receipt so I do not even have an order number to reference. Second, I ordered the new chicken... sandwich because I really wanted the fried pickles. I got these quickly in 3 separate bags (sounds like someone is saving the food in storage). Oakland's spicy chicken was AMAZING.... Fresh spicy "hot and ready guaranteed" these ain't fresh. These ain't guaranteed. What the hell were you thinking givingcustomers this garbage. You wouldn't feed it to your momma then don't feed it to the people who pay money for some spicychickens it ain't hard to cook them right quick. Can't even type from this disappointment. Most disgusting, dissatisfied experience I?ve had in a while. I had to go back three times they gave the wrong order and gave... cold fries with a slice of cheese of top not warmed or anything.
