My family and I stumbled on Tora when the place we?d originally gone to for lunch ended up being closed and I?m glad we did. We... ordered and paid on our phones, and then picked up our food at the counter, which was super easy. We got an order of gyoza forour toddler, who gobbled them up (they were really good- I couldn?t resist myself- light and crispy, with flavorful filling. Myhusband and I both got the kimchi ramen and I really enjoyed finding yummy kimchi bits in my spoon. It made the dish for me forsure. We also had enough leftovers to have for lunch yesterday, which is always a great bonus. I?d definitely go back! Read more

This is specifically for the black tonkatsu ramen only: This is one of the most blandest ramen I have ever eaten. There was a... lack of the marination of the broth and it definitely could have benefited from taking additional time for the broth tomarinate. The ramen could have also use more garlic to help provide more punch to the broth. The worst thing was that it was $20dollars for this when this felt like a $5 effort. Lastly I would probably try to decrease the amount of food on the menu. Doingramen, poke , sushi , and pho is too much especially when they are mediocre. I would get rid of the mediocre items and hone inon what you do well. Hopefully this will help you improve. Read more

These guys are FIRE!!! Seriously so delicious. I saw them a couple months ago and I didn't I got the pork belly tonkotsu (sp?)... and it was to die for. I expect this level of Ramen inside a formal, fine dining place. We also got the spicy edamame, notpictured. Both were absolutely delicious. Admittedly, they are priced quite high. I believe I paid around $33 for everything. Iprobably wouldn't stop here again unless I was treating myself to something nice because like I said...pricey. However, it isWORTH THE MONEY...it's just a bit steep for my blood on a regular basis! If you're in the area and haven't tried Tora, you NEEDTO. They were busier than any other place in the food court. Read more

I did enjoy the taste of the food, but there were two strikes against my first experience. First, the portion size is way off as... there is a ton of rice and very little meat and veggies in the Japanese curry with fried pork cutlet. Second, when I remindedthe staff that I wanted my order to-go, the bowl of carefully laid fried meat and veggies set apart from the curry was justdumped into a to-go container. The fried cutlet immediately lost the crispness, and 1 of the 4 pieces of meat fell off in thetransfer. The saving grace is that the curry had the flavor that I look for in Japanese curry. Read more
