I've managed to try ~15 different pho joints in the greater Denver area over the years. Tony Pho is firmly towards the top of... that list. The broth is fragrant and nuanced. They aren't shy with the portions-- you get absolutely loaded up with the meat tonoodle/broth ratio. Not only that, but their prices for pho are slightly lower than most other restaurants. Truly the best pho I've ever had. I never finish even a small bowl and I cleaned this one out. Perfect meat, broth, noodles and... fresh greens. Broth is one of the most important things to me and they knocked it out of the park. The Korean short ribs werealso so so good and well marinated. All the food came out very quickly! Tony was so sweet and hard-working, I will absolutelybe back. Truly, he made the whole experience that much better.
