As a frequent customer to the cherry creek farmers market we saw the pastry republic truck and ordered one. Wow! Wish I had... found them earlier! Excellent, hot, and delicious! My kind of food. Unpretentious hand made food not trying to be something it isn't. Plenty large for a meal or even split between... two as a snack. Next time will have to get some frozen as it beats anything store bought. Read more
