We love grabbing pasties from here! I grew up in Montana where pasties are considered pretty commonplace. Having lived in lots... of cities and states where folks have no clue what a pasty is, finding Pasty Republic was like going home. Delicious option, fast, and friendly service. Read more

We had a great service at the Pasty Republic and were intrigued by the food. We both ordered the ?Country Road? and overall... enjoyed the food. The location is a small cafe atmosphere. Read more

So good! It?s a bit on the salty side, so be aware! The pastry is thicker than what I?m used to (from the UK) but it?s still... delicious. They used to make my favorite one, that was vegetarian with spinach and feta, but the current menu items are alsogood. My favorite is the rutabaga and ground beef. Buy a few extras to take home. They are kind of pricey (not like in the UK,where they are considered like a quick chicken meal at the bodegas for a few bills). I?ve never seen the food truck anywhere inColorado. I prefer to take them to go, as there?s not a real great place to sit INSIDE to eat them. The park across the streetcan be a nice place for a pasty picnic! Enjoy! Read more

This place is so delicious! I ate the Caretaker. Tasted like a chicken pot pie in a warm fluffy pastry! Don't forget to get a... peanut butter chocolate cookie when here. The best warm cookie that melts in your mouth! Very happy to have this place in theneighborhood! Read more

Was really looking forward to this place as a savory pie lover. Unfortunately 2 of the 3 pasties were incredibly dry. Wish the... stout pie had a gravy, my friend also wished there was some sauce with her vegetarian pie rather than a mound of sweet potato ina pastry. My wife got the chicken one and enjoyed it. Would love to give it another shot sometime but worried they'll all lacksauce :( Nice vibe and lovely people working there and fun to pick something up and go wander the cool street and hang at thepark Read more

Really tasty and hot fresh food here! They have options for carnivores and vegans alike. You can order easily online or just... walk in, and there?s seating indoors and outdoors. The pastys are HUGE so definitely come hungry! Read more

A small two-man shop with a selection of pasties that aren't always ALL available, but most of them are and most of them are hot... in the oven. The three of us had the chicken pot pie like one, the shepard's pie, and one of the breakfast ones for lunch. Theywere all hot, with firm crusts (no soggy bottoms), good, savory fillings, and a nice selection of drinks including seltzers thatdidn't have any sugar in them, which was wonderful to have. They had vegetarian options, and were really friendly. I even boughtthree frozen pies to take home as well, and they didn't stock one of them even frozen, but we did get two of them they hadn'thad ready hot. The selection and the menu are really extensive, but it's probably good to know that the shop doesn't have ALLof them hot and not all of them available as frozen to take home. The ones we ended up on were delicious, though. Read more

We are visiting Denver and came across this place as we are staying nearby. When we walked by there were a couple of people... eating a pasty outside and they said it was delicious. They were not wrong! It is quite possibly the best pasty I?ve had! Welive on the east coast so don?t get to eat much pasty but this reminded me of home (England). They offer ready-to-eat hot onesor heat-up-at-home ones. We ordered the Miner and a cheese one. Both were delicious. Even managed to get one the day before weleft! Highly recommended! Read more
