This is my local neighborhood bar. I LOVE it. If your at all regular, the bartenders (Mon-Wed), who are fantastic, will recall... your name, and what drinks you like. There's generally ample room (weekends excepted), and it's just a fun vibe. Read more
Good location and decent drinks. Dive bar feel, very loud so it was hard to have a conversation indoors. Recommend paying with... cash vs card - my card was charged a higher tip than what Ieft and had written on my copy. Left message for manager to call meback, but no one ever did. Read more
Found this place near our hotel while window shopping. We ended up coming back two nights in a row. Drinks were good, staff were... great and the pizza is definitely worth mentioning. They made us a version of a margarita pizza that was exceptional. We had agood time and we'll probably come back and visit when we're in the area. Read more
Hidden local gem. The Horseshoe Lounge is the type of dive-bar you 'think' every city has, but very few live up to the hype.... This place is impressive without the overpriced drinks and twinkling string lights that every bar seems to have. Their menu issimple. Their drinks are reasonable ($4 for domestics). Their kitchen serves flavored tater tots and delicious hot dogs. Thisplace is cozy, wonderful, and the staff is incredibly accommodating & laidback. Bliss for a casual evening. Read more
*Tater Tot Review Included* The best part about the tots at this place is the variety. At 7 different options for tots (besides... plain tots), you have quite a few options. I got the Thai ginger, truffle, buffalo, & pesto, with that same order being how Iwould place them in rank of flavor. Each of them had solidly crunchy taters, with minimal sogginess regardless of the amount ofsauce used. Thai ginger was quite novel with some sweet chili sauce and the combination with ginger was lovely. The truffle andbuffalo were both delicious with their classic flavors added to tots. The pesto option was lackluster with the shaved cheese andcold pesto. We ended up simply scraping off the toppings on that plate and eating those plain.
